Agreement between you and My Clear Voice

Every route suggested is subject to its own terms and conditions separate to the use of this website.
My Clear Voice advocacy and consultancy services are subject to separate Terms and Conditions, available after an initial consultation and prior to the engagement of services.
Disclaimers
You agree that, except as part of an Engagement (which is subject to separate Terms and Conditions, no duty of care will be established between you and My Clear Voice C.I.C. or its representatives or employees.
We reserve the right to reject questions you ask without providing a reason. However, our reasons for rejecting questions are typically that:
we do not undertake that type of work;
we do not presently have anyone available who undertakes that type of work;
you are unable or unwilling to pay for the work required;
we do not have capacity to do the work;
there are ethical, regulatory or other reasons to refuse (for example a conflict of interest); or
your case is too complex or difficult or we do not have the relevant skills and experience.
